Beth Crawford  -  Proprietor

In 1998 Beth open the first VQA store in Victoria, and the fourth one in the Province, and she hasn’t looked back. With over 20 years in the liquor retailing industry she has an extensive background in all areas of wine. “ I love what I do – wine is an integral part of so many aspects of our daily life... it is great to assist our customers with everything from special events to what to have with dinner on Wednesday night".

Tania Bourgoin-  Wine Consultant

Tania is the newest "Wine Chick" to roost here at the "Farm".  She recently completed WSET Level 3 (in 2010) and is very enthusiastic about our BC Wines. 
She spent the summer of 2009 working at Cedar Creek Winery, and 2010 as the tasting room manager at Sea Cider. 

 When she is not assisting our clientele with wine selection she is busy being a lifeguard.
Tania hopes to one day open a wine bar in Sayulita Mexico.  For now she is happy to help with all your wine needs!
 

Carole McHale - Wine Consultant

Carole brings great enthusiasm and a background in retailing vino for over a decade.  Carole developed her interest and passion for wine working in the liquor retail industry over a seven year span.  She was able to narrow her focus, and head the team at the Wine Barrel, a VQA store in downtown Victoria for six years. 
Her move to the Peninsula is what brought her to the VQA Wine Shop at Mattick's Farm, and we are very glad to have her here!  

 As well as many years of liquor retail experience Carole has completed her level one ISG (International Sommeliers Guild), and hopes to continue these studies.
Carole is now the main "chick" at the Farm and finds her job fun (of course)!  She would love to hear your comments and suggestions.

Rayna Corner - Wine Consultant

Rayna started in the Wine Industry as one of the original employees at Victoria Estate Winery, and worked there for its three year duration.  She continued her career at Winchester Cellars and at a private liquor store while completing her degree in Business Management. 
 

In 2009 she started her own wine agency Quench! Wines,  but she misses the interaction with customers and so now assists Sunday shoppers at Mattick's Farm!
